The chronological index of everything issued

The index holds more than 1,200 entries: every circular and disposición Banco de México has issued since 1969, in chronological order. Each one returns the number exactly as printed in the index (3/2012, E-126/2013, and S/N where there is no number), the year, the subject, whether it has been repealed and, when the entry is an amending circular, which base circular it reforms. One quirk is worth knowing: there is one row per index entry rather than per circular, so a circular that amends three base circulars appears three times, once per base. Each entry also says whether it has a full record, meaning whether you can open it in detail by its number. Use it to locate a circular when all you remember is the year or the topic.

01Where does this index come from?
From the index of circulars and disposiciones published by Banco de México. Croma queries that source and returns it structured and paged, 100 entries per page.
02Why does the same circular appear several times?
Because the index carries one row per entry, not per circular. A circular that reforms three base circulars appears three times, once for each base it amends.
03Can I read a circular's text from here?
Not in the index, which carries number, year and subject. For the consolidated text, the original and the amendments, open the circular by its number in the detail lookup.
04Is it free? Are there any limits?
Yes, it is free and needs no account. There is only a cap on lookups per hour from the same connection. The year filter is optional: leave it blank to walk the whole index page by page.
